Help with Rails installation for outreach workshop

    In answer to Rusty about what needs to be installed? We're assuming folks have nothing but a laptop. They will need Ruby, Rails, git, and various gems. Sarah Mei has written up details instructions for Windows on the wiki: http://wiki.devchix.com/index.php?title=Server_2003 We still need instructions for Linux and Mac, which folks could help whether or not you can make it to the event.

    Regarding bicycle parking, there are bike lockers at the bottom floor of our parking garage - you will need a pad lock. In the worst case scenario, I'll put your bikes in my cube.
