I've never been religious, but I do worry about how much religion there is in our civic lives and in our laws and schools. I'd love to make a difference, and I'm looking forward to hearing your opinions and ideas on how Humanism can help us and help others with religious issues in our lives.

I've had a chance to listen to a talk last week on similar issues, and his message is really eye-opening. He says that in order to have real improvement in the world, individuals must change. Through his books he actually teaches the techniques to change.

than Xmas, Easter, Thanksgiving etc. etc..

I did a cluster ballooning project one year at Burning Man, it was really fun, although the dust kept popping the balloons so the setup only lasted 1 day. It would be fun to try something else like paragliding someday.
